  2. Hold your upper eyelid with one hand and gently pull down your lower eyelid with the other.
  3. Look straight ahead or slightly upward and carefully place the lens on the center of your eye.
  4. Slowly release your eyelids and blink several times until the lens feels comfortable.
  5. Repeat the same steps for the other eye.

How to Remove Your Lenses

  1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
  2. Look upward and gently pull down your lower eyelid.
  3. Slide the lens downward using your fingertip.
  4. Gently pinch the lens between your thumb and index finger to remove it.
  5. Clean and store the lens immediately using fresh contact lens solution.

Lens Care Instructions

  • Always use fresh multi-purpose contact lens solution.
  • Never use tap water, bottled water, or saliva to clean or store your lenses.
  • Rub and rinse your lenses before storing them.
  • Replace the lens solution in your case every day.
