Follow these simple steps to safely insert your contact lenses.
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then dry them with a lint-free towel before handling your lenses.
Place the lens on the tip of your index finger and make sure it is clean, undamaged, and not inside out. A properly shaped lens should look like a smooth bowl with the edges pointing upward.
Use one hand to gently hold your upper eyelid open. With the other hand, pull down your lower eyelid to prevent blinking.
Look straight ahead or slightly upward and gently place the lens onto the center of your eye.
Slowly release your eyelids and blink several times until the lens settles comfortably in place.
Follow the same steps for your other eye.
Always insert your lenses before applying makeup.
Never use tap water or saliva to rinse your lenses.
If you feel discomfort, remove the lens, clean it with contact lens solution, and try again.
If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult your eye care professional.
