Return & Refund Policy

At HELLOLOVELY, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, colored contact lenses are personal care products and cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened or the lenses have been used.

We only accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and product label
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used contact lenses
  • Products damaged due to improper use or storage
  • Orders placed with incorrect prescription or color selected by the customer
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide the best possible solution.
