How to Use Your Contact Lenses

Follow these simple steps to safely insert your contact lenses.

Step 1: Wash Your Hands

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then dry them with a lint-free towel before handling your lenses.

Step 2: Check the Lens

Place the lens on the tip of your index finger and make sure it is clean, undamaged, and not inside out. A properly shaped lens should look like a smooth bowl with the edges pointing upward.

Step 3: Hold Your Eyelids

Use one hand to gently hold your upper eyelid open. With the other hand, pull down your lower eyelid to prevent blinking.

Step 4: Insert the Lens

Look straight ahead or slightly upward and gently place the lens onto the center of your eye.

Step 5: Blink Naturally

Slowly release your eyelids and blink several times until the lens settles comfortably in place.

Repeat for the Other Eye

Follow the same steps for your other eye.
